CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Kid Yoga

In this playful setting, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress.

Classical Ballet

Focused on ballet terminology and technique through the execution of floor exercises, kids & adults will have a clear understanding of body alignment, movement quality, carriage of upper body, and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

Focusing on relaxation. The perfect class to allow you to unwind! Use props in this gentle, slower paced class focused on giving you time and space to relax and stretch and restore the body.

Yoga Tone & Sculpt

Incorporating resistance and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences. Yogis use their own bodyweight, small hand weights and elastic bands to deepen the power of their yoga practice.

Family Yoga

Yoga and fun for the entire family! Join us for this 1h-class that will focus on playful poses, engaging games, simple breath techniques, partner family poses. Ages 3-10, but older children are welcomed.

Contemporary Ballet

Incorporating elements of both classical ballet and modern dance, this class is focused around learning how to access our emotions and translate them into mouvements and physical motion.

Yoga for Beginners

The basic yoga class will be done at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga with proper alignment. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.

Meditation

A gradual approach to learning how to meditate, using shorter periods of silence, interspersed with guidance. Also great for those who have trouble sitting still or believe that they ‘can’t’ meditate.

Kids Party

Structured, age-appropriate classes incorporating fitness, music, games, intro to sports and other original activities.  Cchildren have fun as they exercise and gain strength, balance, agility, flexibility and social skills.

Stretching

Stretching can help increase your flexibility which helps delay the reduced mobility that can come with aging. It improves blood flow to muscles, your posture, helps to prevent and sometime heal back pain.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

Deep, meditative and often profound practice, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer holds in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the mind.

Nutrition talks

This time is designed to share our thoughts on a having mindful eating habits as well as discovering the different cultures of eating (ayurvedic for example) while sharing some tapas. Great way to make new connections!

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS

Chocolate - Intuitive Tasting

Excited to try new flavors of chocolate? This workshop is a fun and sensorial approach to discover the subtile taste of Vietnamese Chocolate! Starting with some sophrology exercises to allow each individual to create more balance and harmony in themselves and the world around them, we will taste some delicious chocolate while blindfolded and share together what we felt!

Wine - Intuitive Tasting

After 45min of body movements with Helena unlocking tension in your body allowing you to clear your mind and focus on your senses, Samphy guides you through a blindfolded wine tasting of which you know nothing, not even the color… Thus focused on wine, and only on wine, you feel it differently, more by impressions, memories, in a more subjective way as colours or childhood memories. This method is not only demystifying, compared to traditional wine tasting, it allows a different approach to wine, a more intimate experience!

Family Day: Games & Crafts

This workshop is designed to develop and strengthen the relationship between children and parents by having fun together while doing some educative games and crafting activities so families go back home with a memory of this fun day!
